Ristone Holdings includes a modern oilseed processing complex of Ristone OIL LLC, which has been operating since January 2019.

The enterprise is unique in many respects and meets all the requirements of international production standards. The complex is located in the town of Pereshchepyne, Dnipropetrovsk region, and has the possibility of shipping products by rail (Pereshchepyne station, Prydniprovska railway), at a distance of 5 km there is a state highway.

The enterprise produces: sunflower oil, granulated meal, expanded cake, and pellets for heating from production waste.

Daily capacity: processing 640 tons of sunflower seeds.

Annual volume of processing: 200-220 thousand tons of raw materials, in particular, 60 thousand tons are grown and supplied by holding enterprises.

The products of the complex are oriented for their quality indicators for sale in the domestic and foreign markets.

The enterprise was built according to the most modern technologies, with the use of safe equipment and minimal emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere.

The complex includes: an oil press shop, an extraction shop, a production and technical laboratory, a warehouse for finished products, a granulation shop, a boiler room that runs on production waste. The laboratory is equipped with modern equipment, which allows you to analyze products as quickly and qualitatively as possible. Production workshops are equipped with high-quality and latest equipment of both domestic and imported production.

Ristone Holdings includes LLC “Orilsk United Elevator”, which has four elevators (branches): “Gubinykha”, “Pereshchepyne”, “Kilchen”, “Lychkove”.

The “Gubynikha” branch is located in Gubinikha, Novomoskovskiy district, Dnipropetrovsk region, 3 km from the international highway Kharkiv-Simferopol and 0.5 km from the “Gubynikha” railway station. Access roads 2.5 km long are laid across the entire territory of the enterprise.

The department has a certified grain warehouse with a capacity of 70,000 tons and a certified production and technological laboratory. The main production facilities are:

Elevator with a capacity of 22,000 tons;
15 mechanized warehouses;
Grain dryers DSP-32 VID, DSP-32, MS 1195;
Grain separators BSH-100, SPO-100, BTS-100.

The “Pereshchepyne” branch is located in the city of Pereshchepyne, Novomoskovskiy district, Dnipropetrovsk region, at a distance of 4.5 km from the Kharkiv-Simferopol highway and 1.5 km from the “Pereshchepyne” railway station.

The certified capacity is 55,000 tons. The production and technological laboratory has a certificate on the determination of measuring capabilities.

The main production facilities of the department are:

Elevator with a capacity of 25,000 tons;
10 mechanized warehouses;
Grain dryer MK 1175, DSP-32;
Grain separators SPO-50, BSH-100, BCS-50.

The “Kilchen” branch is located in the village of Kilchen, Novomoskovsk district, Dnipropetrovsk region, 3 km from the Kharkiv-Simferopol highway and 0.5 km from the “Kilchen” railway station.

The certified capacity is 27,000 tons. The main production facilities of the department are:

9 mechanized warehouses;
Grain dryer DSP-32, which has protective chambers that allow drying of small-grain crops, in particular rapeseed;
Grain separators SPO-50, BSH-100, BCS-50.

The “Lychkove” branch is located in the village of Lychkove, Magdaliniv district, Dnipropetrovsk region, 15 km from the city of Pereshchepyne and 3 km from the “Lychkove” railway station.

The capacity of the grain box is 84,700 cubic meters. The main production facilities are:

8 metal silos;
CHIEF grain dryer.

In the near future plans of the enterprise is to transfer the dryers of all departments to alternative fuel from production waste, which will allow to solve environmental problems and save on the payment of energy carriers.

At the enterprises of the holding, the directions of vegetable growing are developed, the main of which are:

• Cultivation of sugar beets;
• Cultivation of potatoes;
• Growing peas;
• Cultivation of mushrooms;
• Growing cucumbers (greenhouse method).

At two enterprises of the holding, mushroom boxes are equipped for growing champignons. The total cultivation area is 4,500 square meters. m, which allows to produce 550 tons of mushrooms per year.

The main direction is implementation to third-party consumers.

“Dniprovsky greenhouse plant” LLC is a producer of fresh greenhouse cucumber. The total area of ​​glazed greenhouses is 6 hectares, which allows to produce approximately 150 tons of fresh greenhouse product per year

Sugar beets are processed according to the Davanytskyi scheme, sold to third-party consumers, in particular to bakeries.

“Agrotandem-Plus” LLC (Gubinykha, Dnipropetrovsk region).

The enterprise is engaged in the production of phase 2 compost for growing mushrooms.

In 2003, Polish and Dutch compost production technologies were chosen as the basis, and in 2005, the first production of 120 tons was produced. In 2008, the volume of products produced on new Dutch and Italian equipment was approximately 450-600 tons per month. Today, the production volume has increased to 1,200 tons per month.

300 kg of fresh, high-quality mushrooms are collected from each ton of compost.

LLC “Agrofirma Orilska”, (Kernosivka, Novomoskovsk district, Dnipropetrovsk region).

Since 2002, a complex for the cultivation of champignon mushrooms has been put into operation. In 2018, 5 chambers were reconstructed with the replacement of racks for growing mushrooms. Mushroom cultivation is carried out according to Dutch technology, but on Ukrainian climatic equipment of TERA and VEZA companies.

Ecologically clean peat from the Chernihiv region is used to grow mushrooms. From 1.5 to 2 tons of fresh mushrooms of the highest grade are shipped daily. The products are sold in the chain of stores “ATB-Market” in Dnipro.

SE Agrofirma Mriya (Leventsivka, Novomoskovsk district, Dnipropetrovsk region).

In 2009, the abandoned dairy farm was converted into a mushroom complex, equipment was imported from Holland, which made it possible to achieve high mushroom cultivation rates. During the entire period of growing mushrooms, the enterprise is constantly improving the technology, it has repeatedly been recognized at specialized mushroom growing exhibitions.

An average of 450 tons of mushroom products are sold per year, including 250 tons through the all-Ukrainian retail network of ATB-Market LLC.

LLC “Dniprovsky greenhouse plant” (Dnipropetrovsk region).

Since 2002, it has been a producer of fresh greenhouse cucumber. The volume of production is approximately 150 tons per year.

The seedling method with intensive care is used in the growing process. Since 2016, the enterprise has implemented advanced technology – a biological method of protecting plants from pests and diseases. The method is based on the use of insects and microorganisms to destroy pests. Thanks to this technology, the plant refused to use chemicals, which makes cucumbers environmentally friendly.

The products are sold through one of the largest retail chains of Ukraine, LLC “ATB-Market” in the Dnipropetrovsk and Kyiv regions.

 

 

Ristone Holdings includes cattle production facilities and pig farms.

Five enterprises of the holding have farms for keeping pigs. The total number of the herd is 24 thousand heads (main herd, repair and fattening). The herd makes it possible to ensure an uninterrupted supply of marketable live-weight pigs to meat processing plants in the region in the amount of 2,500 tons per year.

There are dairy cattle breeding farms at seven agricultural enterprises of the holding. Breed: Holstein and Ukrainian red-milk. The farms are equipped with modern equipment – GEA Westfalia milking machines, which ensure an uninterrupted supply of milk to the processing enterprises of the region in the amount of 12 thousand tons per year.

LLC “Agrofirma Orilska”, (branches: Kernosivka, Novomoskovsk district, Dnipropetrovsk region, Shandrivka, Yuryivsky district, Dnipropetrovsk region). Specializes in meat and dairy production, wholesale and retail trade in agricultural products.

The farm has two dairy farms and two pig farms for fattening pigs. The company has:

dairy cows – 490 heads;
young cattle – 700 heads;
pigs – 844 heads.

Gross yield in 2019 was 3,876 liters per feed cow.

One of the farm’s dairy farms is equipped with a DeLaval milk pipeline and cooling tanks for milk, which ensures the production of high-quality milk, which is used for the production of baby food through PJSC Kombinat “Prydniprovskyi”.

Agrofirma “Renaissance” LLC (Novomoskovskiy district, Dnipropetrovsk region).

The pork production complex has a closed production scheme: reproduction of livestock, breeding of commercial livestock, as well as breeding repair pigs for internal needs and sale to other farms, sale of commercial livestock in live weight.

As of 2019, the complex has 10,790 pigs.

To reproduce livestock, the complex contains 818 sows.

160 sows are farrowed every month. Piglets are weaned at the age of 27 days, the rearing period is 61 days, pigs are sold after fattening at the age of 170 days with a live weight of 105 kg.

LLC “Agrofirm im. Gorkogo” (Mykolaivka, Novomoskovsk district, Dnipropetrovsk region).

As of 2019, the total number of cattle of the agricultural company was 978, including 400 feed cows. Available Holstein-Friesian cattle. Gross production for 10 months of 2019 amounted to 2,944 tons of milk, production for 1 fodder cow was 7,434 kg of milk. For Ukrainian farms, this is one of the best indicators, which became possible thanks to the use of an effective system of veterinary care for livestock, full-fledged planning and analysis of rations, and the presence of qualified specialists.

Gross meat production for 10 months of 2019 is 142 tons.

STOV “Druzhba-Kaznacheivka” (Dnipropetrovsk region).

The farm contains a pig complex for 6,000 heads.

The total number of cattle in the farm is 1,000, of which 420 are dairy. 7-8 tons of milk are sent to the dairy every day. The partners of the agricultural company are “Molochny Dim” LLC, “Ekofrost” LLC, and “Globino” LLC.

SPP “Chumaki” (Chumaki, Dnipro district, Dnipropetrovsk region). specialization:

Breeding of dairy cattle, work of a dairy farm;
Breeding of beef cattle (bulls).

On the territory of the complex there are two breeding farms (Holstein and Ukrainian red-milk breeds).

Since 2005, the “Carousel” complex has been operating with a GEA Westfalia milking plant for 32 milking places. To date, he has 387 cows, of which 350 are milking.

SE “Agrofirma” Mriya” (Leventsivka, Novomoskovsk district, Dnipropetrovsk region).

The enterprise is engaged in breeding cattle of the red steppe breed (a herd of 350 heads), selling heifers (sells an average of 60 heads every year), as well as breeding pigs (on the farm 950 heads).

Ristone Holdings includes 20 agricultural enterprises that cultivate 30 land clusters in Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia regions.

The total land bank of the holding is 65,833 hectares, of which:

63785 ha – arable land;
1823 ha – pastures, meadows, hayfields;
225 ha – other agricultural land.

The main types of crop production in the holding are:

winter wheat – sowing area 23 thousand ha;
sunflower – sowing area of ​​17 thousand ha;
corn – sowing area of ​​13 thousand ha;
rapeseed – sowing area of ​​3,000 ha;
barley – the area of ​​sowing is 4 thousand ha.

Processing of arable land is carried out by means of a modern machine-tractor park. The balance sheet of agricultural holdings includes:

200 tractors (power from 60 hp to 550 hp);
77 grain harvesters;
15 forage harvesters;
4 potato harvesters;
10 beet harvesters;
40 self-propelled and trailed sprayers;
a complete set of the necessary trailer and attachment equipment (planters, disc harrows, cultivators, deep looseners, plows, balers, etc.).

Constant updating of the machine and tractor fleet is carried out at the expense of John Deere and Case In products.

High-quality processing of arable land with the use of modern fertilizer technologies, plant feeding allows to achieve good yield indicators. For example, in 2019, the indicators are as follows:

wheat – more than 50 t/ha;
sunflower – more than 30 t/ha;
corn – more than 65 t/ha.

The agricultural enterprises of the holding own all the necessary current and warehouse infrastructure, cleaning and cargo equipment, sufficient for the primary processing and transshipment of the grown crop. There is also equipment for preparing seeds (wheat, barley) for own needs and sale.

The holding sends the harvested crop for further processing in-house, to the domestic market, and also exports to such countries as the Netherlands, Cyprus, Italy, Spain, Egypt, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

“Agrofirma Orilska” LLC

The farm includes two departments:

The first branch (Kernosivka village, Novomoskovskiy district, Dnipropetrovsk region) has approximately 2,600 hectares of land under cultivation.

The second branch (Shandrivka village, Yuryiv district, Dnipropetrovsk region) – 2,300 hectares of land.

Specialization of the multi-branch economy: cultivation of grain and technical crops, production of milk and meat, production of mushrooms, wholesale and retail trade in agricultural products (cereals, sunflower, milk, meat, mushrooms).

The enterprise receives high yields of grain crops Thanks to the use of high-quality growing technologies and elite varieties of seeds, the farm annually takes the leading places in the district and region, in 2009 it was awarded an honorary certificate of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine.

The machine-tractor fleet is updated by 15% annually and consists of 35 pieces of equipment: 28 tractors, 7 combines. The farm’s fleet includes 87 units.

LLC “APK Ukragro” (Znamenivka, Novomoskovsk district, Dnipropetrovsk region)

Specialization: cultivation of grain crops (except rice), legumes and oilseeds.

In 2019, crop production was carried out on the following area:

winter rye – 43.5 ha;
corn – 335.10 hectares;
winter wheat – 860.10 ha;
sunflower – 583.20 ha;
winter rape – 273.50 ha;
barley – 156.10 ha.

The enterprise has a fleet of agricultural machinery: tractors MTZ, YuMZ, Case In 255, Case In 340, Kirovets K-701; Case In Tiger mate deep loosener, Case In RWX 370 disc harrows; seeders John Deer, Fargo 1339, self-propelled sprayer Caser In SPX 3330, combine harvesters Case In 2388. The enterprise has modern warehouse facilities for high-quality storage of products.

LLC “Agrofirm im. Gorkogo” (Mykolaivka, Novomoskovsk district, Dnipropetrovsk region)

The direction of the economy is grain, dairy and meat. Having 4,505.76 hectares of arable land, it grows grain crops, sunflower, potatoes, fodder crops, and produces milk and meat.

Cereal crops occupy 60-70% of the entire sown area of ​​the farm. At the moment, the agricultural company is engaged in the production of winter wheat and spring barley seeds and is the base farm of the Odessa Breeding and Genetics Institute. Approximately 1,500 tons of wheat seeds and 300 tons of high-quality barley are harvested annually.

The farm has 900 hectares of irrigated areas, which allows to obtain good results in the cultivation of corn for grain and corn of the Ministry of Agriculture, potatoes.

Approximately 20-25% of the cultivated area is occupied by fodder crops, necessary for the own production of livestock products. Workpiece 50-57 c.o.d. per conventional head allows to grow highly productive cattle of the Holstein-Friesian breed.

Agrofirma “Renaissance” LLC (Novomoskovskiy district, Dnipropetrovsk region)

The grain and livestock farm has 2,129 hectares of arable land. Main cultivated crops: winter wheat, winter triticale, spring barley, corn, technical crops, sunflower. Industrial crops are grown for sale, grain crops are grown to provide livestock with complete feed.

In order to accumulate and preserve moisture, reduce weeds, pests and pathogens of agricultural crops in the summer-autumn period, minimum soil treatment is used in the farm: disking with tools BDVP-4.2, BDVP-6.3 and cultivation KPE-8.3 (KPE-3.8?).

The farm uses Case tractors and combines, RMX-370 disc harrows, Tiger cultivators, John Deer precision seeders for corn and sunflower seeds, as well as a Flexi Coil planter for sowing grain crops.

“Agroalliance” LLC

Specializes in crop production. The share of grain crops in production is more than 70%, and winter wheat is the leader among them – 47%.

The farm also grows winter rye (100-150 ha), spring barley for animal husbandry (320-400 ha), spring peas (250-300 ha), spring wheat (150-300 ha), corn for grain (950-1100 ha ).

Among technical crops, preference is given to sunflower (1050-1150 ha). Sugar beets are grown on an area of ​​140-150 hectares, in the presence of favorable weather conditions we grow winter rapeseed (within 100-150 hectares).

There are 300-350 hectares under the forage wedge. Corn is grown for green fodder and silage, single- and multi-component feed mixtures.

LLC “Agrodniprocenter” (Ocheretuvate, Taraso-Shevchenkivka, Pershotavenka, Magdalinivsky district, Dnipropetrovsk region)

Specialization – cultivation of grain and industrial crops (wheat, rye, barley, corn, rapeseed, sunflower). The area of ​​agricultural land is 1808.3 hectares.

The enterprise has 16 units of domestic and imported agricultural machinery. For the cultivation of agricultural crops, modern energy-saving technologies of soil and crop cultivation are used.

SE “Agrofirma Victoria” (Sakhnovshchyn district, Kharkiv region)

The enterprise consists of three departments, specializes in the cultivation of sunflower and corn, grain and leguminous crops.

The enterprise cultivates 5,425 hectares of land, of which, as of November 2019, 1,400 hectares are sown with winter crops. The agricultural company uses modern technologies, the latest equipment in accordance with European standards, yield indicators are among the best in the region.

Agrofirma “VIND” LLC (Pavlograd District, Dnipropetrovsk Region)

The total area of ​​land use is 1419.42 ha, including agricultural land – 1419.42 ha.

The main activities of the enterprise are growing and sale of grain crops, provision of agricultural services, production of sunflower oil for export. In 2019, the agricultural company grew the harvest of the following crops: winter rape – 147.37 ha, winter wheat – 559.74 ha, barley – 51.52 ha, sunflower – 406.45 ha, corn – 254.34 ha.

“Agrofirma Sunrise” LLC (Bagata Cherneshchyna, Sakhnovshchyna district, Kharkiv region)

Specialization – cultivation of grain and industrial crops. The agricultural company cultivates approximately 5,800 hectares of land, has two departments, each with its own machinery and tractor fleet, electricity, and grain storage.

On average, the following are sown annually: wheat – 2,200 hectares, barley – 600-800 hectares, sunflower – 1,300 hectares, corn – 1,300 hectares.

The farm has its own powerful agricultural machinery – Case, New Holland, John Deere tractors and combines, which makes it possible to carry out the entire complex of agrotechnical measures on time and without losses.

The farm constantly implements new technologies to obtain high yields, invests more in plant and seed protection, and has developed a cost-effective crop rotation.

STOV “Druzhba-Kaznacheivka” (Dnipropetrovsk region)

The main areas of farm production are crop production, cultivation of grain and technical crops, pig breeding, as well as dairy and meat cattle breeding. As of 2019, the farm has 2,100 hectares of arable land under cultivation.

Specialization – cultivation of cereals, legumes and industrial crops, potatoes. The farm cultivates 3,782 hectares of arable land. It has its own oil pan. The number of farm workers is 110 people.
