RH ends 2021 with good economic indicators, which certainly could not have been achieved without the professionalism and hard work of the team, therefore the management of the holding decided to reward more than 60 employees, including top management representatives, as well as managers and leading specialists of our enterprises – engineers, agronomists, economists, accountants who made a great contribution to the company’s success. A one-week tourist trip to Egypt was organized for them as a prize.
Agroholding adheres to high standards in its social policy and tries to create comfortable conditions for employees of its enterprises, motivate people to work productively and protect against burnout. And this cannot be achieved without quality rest and informal communication within the company. The trip provided an opportunity for specialists from various enterprises and areas to communicate in a relaxed atmosphere, exchange experience, their professional ideas and findings. This format of recreation creates ideal conditions for team bonding, which is especially important in the structure of such a multidisciplinary company as Ristone Holdings, in which all directions are connected into a single organism and closely interact with each other.
