Grain storage and processing

Ristone Holdings includes LLC “Orilsk United Elevator”, which has four elevators (branches): “Gubinykha”, “Pereshchepyne”, “Kilchen”, “Lychkove”.

The “Gubynikha” branch is located in Gubinikha, Novomoskovskiy district, Dnipropetrovsk region, 3 km from the international highway Kharkiv-Simferopol and 0.5 km from the “Gubynikha” railway station. Access roads 2.5 km long are laid across the entire territory of the enterprise.

The department has a certified grain warehouse with a capacity of 70,000 tons and a certified production and technological laboratory. The main production facilities are:

Elevator with a capacity of 22,000 tons;
15 mechanized warehouses;
Grain dryers DSP-32 VID, DSP-32, MS 1195;
Grain separators BSH-100, SPO-100, BTS-100.

The “Pereshchepyne” branch is located in the city of Pereshchepyne, Novomoskovskiy district, Dnipropetrovsk region, at a distance of 4.5 km from the Kharkiv-Simferopol highway and 1.5 km from the “Pereshchepyne” railway station.

The certified capacity is 55,000 tons. The production and technological laboratory has a certificate on the determination of measuring capabilities.

The main production facilities of the department are:

Elevator with a capacity of 25,000 tons;
10 mechanized warehouses;
Grain dryer MK 1175, DSP-32;
Grain separators SPO-50, BSH-100, BCS-50.

The “Kilchen” branch is located in the village of Kilchen, Novomoskovsk district, Dnipropetrovsk region, 3 km from the Kharkiv-Simferopol highway and 0.5 km from the “Kilchen” railway station.

The certified capacity is 27,000 tons. The main production facilities of the department are:

9 mechanized warehouses;
Grain dryer DSP-32, which has protective chambers that allow drying of small-grain crops, in particular rapeseed;
Grain separators SPO-50, BSH-100, BCS-50.

The “Lychkove” branch is located in the village of Lychkove, Magdaliniv district, Dnipropetrovsk region, 15 km from the city of Pereshchepyne and 3 km from the “Lychkove” railway station.

The capacity of the grain box is 84,700 cubic meters. The main production facilities are:

8 metal silos;
CHIEF grain dryer.

In the near future plans of the enterprise is to transfer the dryers of all departments to alternative fuel from production waste, which will allow to solve environmental problems and save on the payment of energy carriers.
