Production of vegetable oil, meal and pellets

Ristone Holdings includes a modern oilseed processing complex of Ristone OIL LLC, which has been operating since January 2019.

The enterprise is unique in many respects and meets all the requirements of international production standards. The complex is located in the town of Pereshchepyne, Dnipropetrovsk region, and has the possibility of shipping products by rail (Pereshchepyne station, Prydniprovska railway), at a distance of 5 km there is a state highway.

The enterprise produces: sunflower oil, granulated meal, expanded cake, and pellets for heating from production waste.

Daily capacity: processing 640 tons of sunflower seeds.

Annual volume of processing: 200-220 thousand tons of raw materials, in particular, 60 thousand tons are grown and supplied by holding enterprises.

The products of the complex are oriented for their quality indicators for sale in the domestic and foreign markets.

The enterprise was built according to the most modern technologies, with the use of safe equipment and minimal emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere.

The complex includes: an oil press shop, an extraction shop, a production and technical laboratory, a warehouse for finished products, a granulation shop, a boiler room that runs on production waste. The laboratory is equipped with modern equipment, which allows you to analyze products as quickly and qualitatively as possible. Production workshops are equipped with high-quality and latest equipment of both domestic and imported production.
